Electronic Data Destruction and Disposal

• Data Destruction - This service will sanitise any data on your computer’s hard drives. Per client request, this can be onsite or offsite.
• Hard Drive Destruction – Greener IT will destroy your hard drives and any data stored on them. Per client request this can be onsite or offsite.
• Certificate of Data Destruction - Greener IT will provide clients with a certificate of destruction to document the destruction process.

IT Asset Management

• Inventory Logging – Greener IT will provide an itemised list of the assets it has handled. The list will include model number, serial number and manufacturer.
• Tag Removal – Greener IT will remove any asset tags that identify its clients. Per client request, this can be onsite or offsite.
• Asset Removal – Greener IT will remove end-of-life IT equipment from its clients' premises.
• Asset Disposal – Greener IT will handle the disposal of its clients' IT assets so that they will not have to allocate internal resources to the task.
• Hard Drive Removal - Per client request, Greener IT will remove its clients' hard disks from end-of-life computers.
• WEEE Compliant Asset Recycling - Greener IT will see to it that your end-of-life IT assets are not land filled.
• Certificate of Disposal - Greener IT will provide clients with a certificate of disposal to document the disposal process.
